Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or pay for services.

You confirm that you are authorized to request cleaning at the residence or office you provide.

Services, quotes and prices

ZPSB offers three types of service:

Recurring cleaning.

Heavy-duty post-construction or move-out/move-in cleaning.

Custom plans tailored to your needs.

Before you confirm a booking, we show the total price in local currency, including all charges, either at checkout or in your written quote.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders that contain pricing errors or involve suspected fraud, and we will refund any amount paid.

Recurring cleaning and cancellation

Recurring cleaning is arranged as a series of scheduled visits. It is not a subscription.

We never charge you automatically on a recurring basis unless you have expressly agreed, before confirming, to the price per visit, the frequency and how to cancel.

Appointments and access

All services are by appointment. Please provide accurate information about the property and safe access at the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is available on this website.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on factors such as the condition of the property, the materials and the scope agreed with you. We do not promise specific outcomes.

Intellectual property and third-party platforms

All content on the website belongs to ZPSB or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain or NewsBreak.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
