Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every ZPSB cleaning service. Because cleaning is a service and not a physical product, there is nothing to return. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of your request. If your concern relates to a completed visit, please include photos if possible.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Cancelling future visits

You can cancel upcoming scheduled visits, including recurring ones, at any time by contacting us. We do not charge for visits that are cancelled before payment.
